Small Rack PLC Systems

The C200H controller popularized the small rack category because it offers large-rack performance in a space-saving half-height package. Upgrades in networking capability have kept C200H an outstanding value for machine control and factory automation applications that require large I/O flexibility, fast processing speed, a wide selection of and large memory size. Remote I/O options allow both standard C200H and large rack I/O in the same and special I/O, system.

Modular and Block Style Micro and Mini PLC Systems

Small machine control applications are ideal for Omron's modular CQM1-series as well as block style SP, C20H and C20K families of controllers. They offer a cost-effective way to automate machines compared to relay panels. Use them to control a free-standing machine or automate an in-line process as part of a larger system. Modular CQM1 offers 16 built-in DC inputs, and a wide range of discrete I/O modules that connect and lock together for a maximum of 192 I/O. Block-style controllers offer 10 to 60 I/O on board and can be expanded with additional I/O blocks for a system up to 148 I/O.

Support Tool and Peripherals

Installation and daily operation of your Omron system is made easy with I/O wiring accessories, compatible software support tools, a range of peripherals, and man-machine interface terminals. Reduce I/O wiring to control panels to just a few wires or ribbon cables using Omron's I/O wiring accessories. Omron's Ladder Support Software (LSS) and the CV-series version (CVSS) let you write and edit programs, monitor controller activity and make changes on-line. The NT-series programmable display terminals offer easy-to-use message development software. Choose touch-screen or keyswitch terminals to meet your needs. All Omron C-series controllers can share the same peripherals, including hand-held programmers, printer interface, and PROM writer.
