CV 3000 Alphaplus

function, the CV 3000 Alphaplus fits a broad range of industrial processes. Launched last
year 
in Japan to great acclaim, the Alphaplus packs heavyweight punch
into its compact body. Now, its excellent flow control, minimal pressure loss, IEC class V
leakage rating and low cost is available in an even broader range of models.
New Alphaplus models resist corrosion better than conventional models and provide improved cavitation performance in harsh/high pressure flows. It has a fully stellite-molded SUS 316 trim as standard, and a SUS 316 soft seat can be selected in place of the regular Teflon PTFE. Higher temperature and pressure ranges can be accommodated by choosing a glass- or carbon-fiber impregnated PTFE seat.
The new Alphaplus also boasts an expanded (-45° to -17°C, -17° to 230°C and 230° to 400°C) temperature range: it has an extension bonnet with a graphite packing. IEC Class VI shutoff at higher pressures is enabled in a 2-inch body-1.96 mPa (20 kgf/cm2)-and in a 4-inch body-1.5 mPa (14.8 kgf/cm2)-both reverse action.
