ST 3000 New Ace Transmitter

amatake-Honeywell's Industrial Systems Division (ISD) introduced its first solid-state transmitters in the 1970s and the ST 3000 back in 1983. In 1992, the compact, high-performance version Series 900 and Ace were released and now over 700,000 ST 3000s have been sold worldwide. This year, ISD offersST 3000 Transmitter quality-conscious manufacturers the opportunity to upgrade the ST 3000 Ace to the ST 3000 New Ace.

Wider applicability, broader range and enhanced functionality make the New Ace ideal for raising productivity levels in process, automotive, food, consumer goods and power industries.

High on the list of performance boosters are improved temperature attributes, up to twice those of other models, including low span (5 kPa, 10°C range) characteristics. It also offers broader (0.75 - 100 kPa, 1:135) rangeability--in many ranges the New Ace will do the job of two instruments. A digital meter shows real-time flow, an external zero adjust improves handling and a new mechanism prevents cables jamming.

Replacing earlier models is a breeze, too, since the New Ace's meter body is compatible with existing ST 3000 Smart transmitters'.
